We offer flexible home support package options to suit every individual — from Provider Managed services for full care management, to Self Managed packages that give you complete control and flexibility, and Part Managed options that balance professional guidance with personal choice. No matter your needs, GIHC provides reliable, respectful, and empowering support that enhances your wellbeing and peace of mind.
Provider Managed
The Provider Managed package takes the weight off your shoulders. Your provider coordinates services, manages your budget, hires staff, and takes care of all the admin and compliance. It’s ideal if you prefer a hands-off approach and want professional support every step of the way.
Monthly Admin Fees of 28% of the Home Care Package subsidy.
Self Managed
If you prefer to manage things yourself, our Self Managed option gives you the flexibility to organise your own suppliers such as gardener, cleaner, support workers, and any other services while also having freedom to negotiate hourly prices with them.
Low Fees of 15% of the Home Care Package subsidy, allow you to get more hours of support from your package.
Part managed
With Part Managed Services, we arrange your gardening, cleaning, and Allied Health suppliers while you manage your own support workers if you require them.
Monthly Admin Fees of 23% of the Home Care Package.
