The Department of Home Affairs has released a statement saying that Student visa holders who are currently employed in the aged care industry can continue to do so without weekly work hour restrictions until 31 December 2023.
Students that are not currently employed in the aged care industry will have their work hours capped at 48 hours per week as of 1 July 2023.
