Fully Self-managed clients have the flexibility to choose from a range of services and purchasing of equipment to assist with their ageing related needs such as mobility aids
Nursing Services
Clinical nursing services can be for as little as 30 minutes (after the initial assessment), up to 24-hour care, if that is what is needed.
Companionship
Companionship includes taking client to appointments, attending a day service, or participating in community events.
Shopping Support & Meal Preparation
At any stage in life, having regular balanced meals is essential to maintaining good health.
Medication Assistance
Includes keeping track of medications and can include assistance with taking medication to ensure clients take the prescribed amounts.
