To make sure that our clients’ houses are secure, we offer a free home safety evaluation before we start providing our services. By doing this, we can help to prevent avoidable injuries so our clients to lead healthy, safe, and independent lives. We make sure that there are no potentially dangerous carpets, that all the lights are working, that there are no obstacles in the way, and will install handrails, gripping flooring, and assistive equipment if necessary.
Gold partner reward scheme
As a way to thank our customers, we established the gold partner programme. For every hour of service, we reward them $1. For instance, customers who get 20 or more hours of services from us per month can receive $20 back. Seniors who complete 30 hours of service receive $30 from us.
