This year, we have broadened the range of home care options available to seniors by introducing three distinct plans, which include self-managed and fully managed packages. These plans offer flexibility and increased hours of care. Beginning at just 15% of the home care package, our fees are comprehensive with no hidden costs, allowing seniors to allocate more funds towards additional support hours, essential aging needs, gardening, home improvements, and housekeeping.
HCP holders in Caboolture and surrounding areas have the choice between arranging their own supports or for Gratitude In-home Care to arrange supports. For those wanting to arrange their own supports, the only charge would be a 15% monthly admin fee for the fully self-managed package and 20% monthly admin fee for the semi self-managed package. The admin fee for self-managed packages is for processing all the invoices, admin work and creating monthly statements. This option to self-manage your services saves helps HCP holders get more hours because compared to some organisations that charge as up as 35% of the home care package on top of other rates such as sign up and exit fees, basic daily fee and a high fee schedule for service suppliers that you would otherwise be able to negotiate a lower price if you were to arrange them yourself.
For those HCP holders that would like us to organise all the support services on their behalf, we charge a 25% admin fee which organising all the support, processing all the invoices, admin work and creating monthly statements. This 25% monthly fee is a very competitive rate for a fully-managed package, much cheaper than some other providers that charge as up as 35% of the home care package on top of other rates such as sign up and exit fees, basic daily fee and a high fee schedule for service suppliers
