All prospective staff are screened at the beginning of the interview process to ensure that they share Gratitude In-home Care’s values and embody the characteristics that are required to provide support services at the highest standard.
Upon recruitment, candidates undergo an induction process with Gratitude In-Home Care to identify strengths and opportunities for further training. Our staff are an integral part of our community. As such, we invest in our caregivers, being directly involved in the personal and professional development of a large number of personnel.
