Point of difference
Some providers charge up to 40% of a senior’s Home Care Package, where we charge just 25%, which means that seniors that choose us as their aged care services provider, they will get more hours for their Home Care Package. We don’t have daily fees, nor do we charge exit fees, and just one low management fee.
We complete a free home safety check of all our clients houses before beginning services to identify whether these are any hazards in the home, then we and make any necessary changes to eliminate hazards and prevent accidents.

As a way of acknowledging, thanking, and giving back to our clients for choosing us as their services provider, we provide them with $20 and $30 gift cards for those receive 20+ and 30+ hours of services. We give $20 gift cards to clients that receive 20+ hours services per month from us and we give clients $30 gift cards to clients that receive 30+ hours of services per month from us.
