Our fees are up to 25% less than some other providers, which gives our clients the opportunity to get more hours of assistance for their home care package funding.
In addition, we provide free home safety assessment before we commence services to ensure sure that the homes of our clients are safe. This way we can prevent avoidable injuries, allowing our customers to live healthy, secure, and independent lives. We check to make sure that there are no dangerous carpets, all lights are working, there are no obstructions, and we organise put in handrails, gripping flooring, and assistive technology when needed.
Gold partner reward scheme
As a way of giving back to our, we created the gold partner scheme. For every hour of service we provide to them,we give back $1. For instance, consumers earn $20 back if they receive 20 or more hours each month. Seniors who receive 30 hours of services, we give them $30.
