Point of difference
Some providers charge up to 40% for senior home care packages, but we only charge 25%. There are no daily fees or exit fees, only a small administrative fee.
Before starting our services, we will conduct a free home security check of all our customers’ homes to determine if the home is free of hazards and make any necessary changes to eliminate hazards, preventing any possible accidents.
Gold partner reward scheme
As a way of showing appreciation for clients choosing us as their services provider, we introduced a gold partner reward scheme, where each month we give our clients $20 and $30 gift cards for receiving 20+ and 30+ hours of support services from us. We give clients $30 gift cards for 30+ hours of services and $20 gift cards for 20+ hours services.
