We only charge 25 per cent of the home care package, whereas some of our competitors charge as much as 40-50 per cent of their home care package.
Before beginning services, we do a free home safety assessment to make sure that all of our clients’ homes are risk-free. This makes it feasible for our clients to live at home as long as possible while remaining injury-free.
Gold partner reward scheme
We started a gold partner reward programme as a way to say thank you to individuals who choose us to be their services provider. As part of this programme, each month we provide our clients gift cards worth $20 and $30 for receiving 20 or more and 30 or more hours of services, respectively. For receiving 30 hours or more, a $30 gift card is given, and for 20 hours or more, a $20 gift card is given.
