We provide lower fees than a lot of in-home aged care service providers, not to mention we also don’t charge daily fees or exit fees, so we can offer more hours of service to our clients.
To ensure the safety of our clients in their own homes, we offer a free home safety assessment before providing services to identify any potential safety hazards, so we can then implement changes to make eliminate hazards and prevent injuries.
Gold partner reward scheme
At GIHC, clients that receive 20 to 30 hours of services from us per month are rewarded $20 and $30 gift cards as a way of giving back to clients.
On a monthly basis, we reward our clients that receive a minimum of 20 hours of services from us within a one month period. Our clients receive a $20 dollar gift card for receiving at least 20 hours of services with us. Our clients receive a $30 dollar gift card for receiving at least 30 hours of services with us.
