Point of difference
All Home Care providers charge different fees for their services, some up to 40% of your home care package. Some also charge an exit fee of up to $1,000.
We do not charge exit fees and we don’t charge daily fees.
Clients may choose the day and time they wish to receive services and we will provide personal care assistants that suit those needs.
Prior to receiving services, we offer a free in-home safety assessment, point out any potential areas of concern which we will then provide suggestions to make the home safer to ultimately prevent injuries.
Gold partner reward scheme
We reward clients monthly through our Gold Partner Rewards Scheme. For every hour of service we deliver, clients earn 1 point from the Gold Partner Reward Scheme.
Each point clients earn is worth $1.00. So, for example if we deliver 30 hours of services within a month, clients will earn $30 back, and if we deliver 20 hours of services in a month, they earn $20 back in the form of a gift card.
