Before we begin services, we provide a free home safety assessment to ensure that our clients’ homes are safe. We can avoid injuries this way, allowing our customers to live healthy, secure, and independent lives. We ensure that there are no hazardous carpets, that all lights are operational, that there are no obstructions, and that handrails, gripping flooring, and assistive technology are installed as needed.
Gold partner reward scheme
We created the gold partner scheme as a way to give back to our clients. We give them $1 for every hour of service we provide. Customers, for example, can earn $20 back if they work 20 or more hours per month. We give $30 to seniors who complete 30 hours of service.
