We charge our clients much lower fees than many other aged care service providers in the industry, which means that they can access more hours for their Home Care Packages. We don’t charge clients daily fees, nor do we charge an exit fee, and we charge a low management fee.
We provide a free of charge safety assessment before starting services and implement any changes to eliminate hazards and prevent accidents.

As a way of giving back to our clients and rewarding them for choosing us as their provider of choice, we are giving gift cards to our clients monthly for receiving 20-30 hours of services from us. For 20+ hours, clients receive a $20 gift card, whereas 30+ hours of services, clients receive a $30 gift card.
